text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">二、中華人民共和國境內符合以下要求的自然人、法人及其他組織，除法律、法規(guī)另有規(guī)定外均可申請競買。申請人可以單獨申請競買，也可以聯(lián)合申請競買，聯(lián)合申請競買必須向交易中心提供聯(lián)合競買協(xié)議，并在協(xié)議中明確受讓人的同時，聯(lián)合競買各方均需辦理數(shù)字證書方可參加聯(lián)合申請競買。</p><p style="text-align: justify; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">1、出讓價中不包括行政規(guī)費（稅）、宗地勘測定界費、地上附著物價款,以上費用由該宗地競得者承擔。 2、該宗地地上有附著物價款為****萬元，由競得人在簽訂出讓合同前向彭陽縣財政局繳納。 3、該宗地性質為居住用地，地上附著物為4棟已建成宿舍樓，但位置不在縣城核心區(qū)內，所以競買人不需要房地產開發(fā)資質。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
