簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為了保持三林鎮(zhèn)三林老街車輛停放整治效果，提升管理區(qū)域安全系數(shù)，防范亂停車現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，切實(shí)維護(hù)停車場(chǎng)范圍內(nèi)車輛的有序停放，確保三林老街的環(huán)境整潔與車輛規(guī)范停放。本項(xiàng)目擬選取一家服務(wù)單位為采購(gòu)人提供三林老街區(qū)域停車管理服務(wù)。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:In order to maintain the effectiveness of the vehicle parking rectification in Sanlin Old Street, Sanlin Town, improve the safety factor of the management area, prevent the occurrence of disorderly parking, effectively maintain the orderly parking of vehicles within the parking lot, and ensure the cleanliness of the environment and standardized parking of vehicles in Sanlin Old Street. This project intends to select a service unit to provide parking management services for the Sanlin Old Street area to the purchaser. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
