簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)區(qū)武裝部的年度軍事訓(xùn)練部署安排， 結(jié)合我鎮(zhèn)哨所實(shí)際情況，決定組織民兵應(yīng)急分隊(duì)集中訓(xùn)練，全面提高海防哨所遂行急難險(xiǎn)重任務(wù)和應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的保障能力。(一)參訓(xùn)人員、時間：1、海防哨 所民兵應(yīng)急分隊(duì)全體人員 2、訓(xùn)練時間：項(xiàng)目年度工時不少于****2小時。(二)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容：1、隊(duì)列訓(xùn)練；2、海防雷達(dá)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)操作訓(xùn)練；3、警棍盾牌操； 4、衛(wèi)生與救護(hù)訓(xùn)練；5、防護(hù)技能訓(xùn)練；6、體能訓(xùn)練。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:According to the annual military training deployment arrangement of the district's armed forces department, combined with the actual situation of our town's outpost, it has been decided to organize a militia emergency team for centralized training, comprehensively improving the guarantee ability of the coastal defense outpost to carry out urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks and respond to emergencies. （1） Training personnel and time: 1. All personnel of the coastal defense outpost militia emergency team. 2. Training time: The annual working hours of the project shall not be less than ****2 hours. （2） Training content: 1. （2）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動。
（3）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch offices to participate in procurement activities in their own name); (2) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
