簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為落實(shí)上海市《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)本市城市管理精細(xì)化工作的實(shí)施意見》文件精神，結(jié)合城市管理執(zhí)法工作實(shí)際，浦東城管執(zhí)法局不斷推進(jìn)實(shí)施精細(xì)化建設(shè)工作，根據(jù)浦東新區(qū)印發(fā)的《關(guān)于印發(fā)< 關(guān)于加強(qiáng)本市城管執(zhí)法精細(xì)化三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（****-****）>的通知》（滬城管執(zhí)〔****〕** 號(hào)）要求。為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)城市精細(xì)化管理，擬通過購買服務(wù)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行常態(tài)化定點(diǎn)和區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)采集。對(duì)新區(qū)示范化區(qū)域、區(qū)級(jí)監(jiān)管道路等特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)域利用數(shù)據(jù)采集車輛定期巡邏，建立影像歷史資源庫。通過圖像智能比對(duì)、大數(shù)據(jù)分析、AI 智能分析、智能感知等技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)沿街市容違法行為的智能預(yù)警、智能疏導(dǎo)等監(jiān)管措施。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為1年，日期為****年1月1日起到****年**月**日止。本次采購工作完成前由臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用。本項(xiàng)目采取招一續(xù)二的形式，對(duì)工作質(zhì)量考核達(dá)標(biāo)的中標(biāo)人可以續(xù)標(biāo)，服務(wù)期限合計(jì)不超過三年，即合同一年一簽，最長不超過三年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。
The Contract Period:The budget service period for this project is 1 year, from January 1, **** to December **, ****. Before the completion of this procurement work, the temporary service unit shall provide services. If the winning bidder is not a temporary service unit, the service fees incurred during this period shall be converted and paid to the temporary service unit by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the project procurement is completed. This project adopts the form of one to two bidding, and the winning bidder who meets the work quality assessment standards can renew the bid. The total service period shall not exceed three years, that is, the contract shall be signed once a year, and the longest shall not exceed three years, subject to the date of contract signing.
