簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)《上海市貫徹<關(guān)于加快構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代公共文化服務(wù)體系的意見(jiàn)>的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》(滬委辦法[****]**號(hào))文件精神，圍繞上海市“率先基本建成現(xiàn)代公共文化服務(wù)體系”的總目標(biāo)，按照上海市社區(qū)文化活動(dòng)中心基本配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表(****)的要求，全市各街道(多鎮(zhèn))需擁有至少一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化社區(qū)文化活動(dòng)中心。陸家嘴金融城文化中心，文化分中心委托管理項(xiàng)目旨在通過(guò)引入專業(yè)的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)文化中心和分中心的規(guī)范運(yùn)營(yíng)和優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。該項(xiàng)目涵蓋文化中心和分中心的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)、物業(yè)管理、活動(dòng)策劃、設(shè)備管理等多個(gè)方面，確保文化場(chǎng)館能夠?yàn)閺V大市民提供豐富多彩的文化活動(dòng)。本項(xiàng)目一次采購(gòu)三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過(guò)采購(gòu)人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年，最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)三年。本項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限：自****年2月1日起至****年1月**日止。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書）

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1.
