簡要規(guī)則描述：惠南鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有住宅小區(qū)**5個(gè)，其中由政府管理的老舊小區(qū)**個(gè)，現(xiàn)為做好物業(yè)服務(wù)不足的老舊小區(qū)共用部位應(yīng)急維修、新拋盤小區(qū)應(yīng)急托底維修、處理關(guān)于住宅小區(qū)維修熱線工單事件、增援防臺(tái)防汛等突發(fā)事件，需要有技術(shù)性、時(shí)效性的應(yīng)急維修服務(wù)。采購人決定通過競爭性磋商的方式委托一位合格供應(yīng)商來承接本項(xiàng)目。具體項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以磋商文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)（詳見采購需求）。
Brief Specification Description:There are currently **5 residential communities in Huinan Town, including ** old communities managed by the government. In order to provide emergency maintenance services for common parts of old communities with insufficient property services, emergency backup maintenance for newly abandoned communities, handling of work orders related to residential community maintenance hotlines, and reinforcement for typhoon and flood prevention, technical and timely emergency maintenance services are needed. The purchaser has decided to entrust a qualified supplier to undertake this project through competitive negotiation. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the negotiation document (see procurement requirements for details).
