簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容是對浦東新區(qū)黨政機關(guān)重要信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)、安全評估、滲透測試、云服務(wù)器防病毒、應(yīng)急演練、應(yīng)急響應(yīng)和重保等技術(shù)服務(wù)，完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)安全應(yīng)急處置機制，支撐新區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)中心全天候網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全日常管理，協(xié)助網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全制度體系建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全績效管理，協(xié)助等保工作推進(jìn)、數(shù)據(jù)安全工作推進(jìn)、漏洞管理和咨詢培訓(xùn)等服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）。
Brief Specification Description:The main service content of this project is to carry out technical services such as network security protection, security assessment, penetration testing, cloud server anti-virus, emergency drills, emergency response and heavy insurance for the important information network system facilities of the party and government organs in Pudong New Area, improve the network data security emergency response mechanism, support the all-weather daily network security management of the big data center in the new area, assist in the construction of network security system and network security performance management, assist in the promotion of classified protection work, data security work, vulnerability management and consulting and training services. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履約期限：本項目預(yù)算金額所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年**月**日至****年**月**日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)商繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次成交供應(yīng)商非原服務(wù)商，則新成交供應(yīng)商按照成交價折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費用，費用按成交總價/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計算。
