font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">1.根據(jù)中衛(wèi)市人民政府辦公室《關(guān)于印發(fā)中衛(wèi)市轄區(qū)新建城鎮(zhèn)住宅小區(qū)配套幼兒園規(guī)劃建設(shè)及貨幣化統(tǒng)籌配建管理規(guī)定（試行）的通知》（衛(wèi)正辦規(guī)發(fā)[****]7號）規(guī)定：“新建城鎮(zhèn)住宅小區(qū)居住人口規(guī)模在****人以下或用地周邊公配幼兒園（含規(guī)劃幼兒園）能夠解決學(xué)前教育需求的，開發(fā)建設(shè)單位可不再單獨(dú)配建幼兒園，應(yīng)以貨幣化方式將配建費(fèi)用地取得土地使用權(quán)時一并繳入縣級國庫，專項(xiàng)用于公配幼兒園建設(shè)”，為充分利用周邊公辦幼兒園資源，提高幼兒辦學(xué)質(zhì)量，競得人在取得該宗國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)后，需向縣級國庫繳納建設(shè)約****平方米幼兒園的建設(shè)成本（原則上每平方米不高于****元）。2.為促進(jìn)土地高效利用，依據(jù)寧黨辦〔****〕2號文件要求，競得人在取得上述宗地土地使用權(quán)，簽訂《成交確認(rèn)書》**日內(nèi)，須按照2萬元/畝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繳納履約保證金后方可簽訂《國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓合同》。項(xiàng)目按合同約定時間開工的，經(jīng)縣住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)局、自然資源局共同認(rèn)定，退還**%的履約保證金，項(xiàng)目按期竣工驗(yàn)收后，退還剩余部分。因單位自身原因，項(xiàng)目未按期開、竣工的，保證金不予退還。根據(jù)國家有關(guān)規(guī)定在合同中約定出讓價款繳納方式，并辦理國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)登記。3.該宗地出讓起始價、成交價不包含其他行政規(guī)費(fèi)（稅）。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
