簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：項(xiàng)目位于申港社區(qū);建設(shè)內(nèi)容為對(duì)申港社區(qū)內(nèi)由鎮(zhèn)級(jí)財(cái)力前期投入建設(shè)的非機(jī)動(dòng)車棚(庫(kù))進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造，增加消防、技防等設(shè)施，使其滿足最新規(guī)范要求。項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)：申港社區(qū)宜浩佳園**0弄、**1弄、**3弄、**6弄、宜浩歐景**3弄、**3弄、保利蔚藍(lán)林語(yǔ)、臨港首府。
Brief Specification Description:The project is located in Shengang Community; The construction content is to upgrade and renovate the non motorized vehicle shed (garage) built by the town level financial resources in the early stage of the Shengang community, adding fire protection, technical defense and other facilities to meet the latest regulatory requirements. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises for procurement, and during the evaluation, small and medium-sized enterprise products will not be subject to price discounts. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，且具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（2）供應(yīng)商擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市建筑建材業(yè)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)。
（3）本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向小微企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possessing a valid safety production license; (2) The project manager proposed by the supplier must have a second level (including higher level) registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate. The project leader shall be based on the information available on the Shanghai Building Materials Industry website. (3) This project is only for procurement by small and micro enterprises.
