簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：項(xiàng)目位于蘆潮港社區(qū)新蘆苑H區(qū);建設(shè)內(nèi)容為對(duì)蘆潮港社區(qū)內(nèi)由鎮(zhèn)級(jí)財(cái)力前期投入建設(shè)的非機(jī)動(dòng)車棚(庫(kù))進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造，增加消防、技防等設(shè)施使其滿足最新規(guī)范要求。并新增露天非機(jī)動(dòng)車位滿足居民停車需求。
Brief Specification Description:The project is located in the Xinlu Garden H area of Luchao Harbor Community. The construction content includes upgrading and transforming the non-motor vehicle sheds (warehouses) previously built with town-level financial investment in the Luchao Harbor Community, adding fire protection and technical prevention facilities to meet the latest requirements. Additionally, new open-air non-motorized vehicle spaces will be added to meet the residents' parking needs.
